Josh Fletcher
Josh Fletcher, owner of JFDA Choreography, is originally from Bedford, Indiana, but has been living in Chicago, Illinois since January of 2016. He attended the University of Evansville for his Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Advertising and Public Relations) and Miami University for his Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE). He is a former gymnast, collegiate springboard diver, and competitive dancer. Currently, he is a company member with Matter Dance Company and was featured on Season 2 of the Gong Show! Previously, Josh danced as a company member on the Concert Company of Dancefx - Athens. Having a strong background in jazz, pom, hip hop, gymnastics, acro, musical theater, lyrical, and contemporary, he has served in the role of Director of Dance at River City Dance Connection (Evansville, IN), Artistic Director for Vision Dance Company (Oxford, OH), Technique Coach for the nationally-ranked Miami University Dance Team, Technique & Acro Instructor for Dreamz Dance Company (Louisville, KY), Faculty at Dancefx (Athens, GA), and Faculty at Glenwood Dance Studio (Chicago, IL). His passion for dance and acrobatics has taken him around the country to choreograph routines for studios, performing arts companies, and high school and college dance teams. Jennifer Parker
Jennifer Parker grew up in Steeleville, Illinois where she started gymnastics at age 3. Her formalized dance training began in the 8th grade with a local dance studio. As her passion grew, she continued dancing throughout high school and furthered her dance career with the University of Southern Indiana Dance Team. During her time with the USI Dance Team, she competed at the UDA National Championship for jazz and hip hop. Jennifer graduated with her BS in Health Services and Master's of Health Administration from USI. She lives in Evansville, Indiana with her husband, Chris, and dachshund, Sadie. Jennifer is the coach of the University of Southern Indiana Dance Team and has led the team to numerous NDA and DTU National Championships. After college, Jennifer was a member of numerous minor professional league cheer and dance teams: Bluecat Cheerleader, Icicle Dancer, Rage Football Cheerleader, and Crush Soccer Dancer. Jennifer previously owned her own dance studio where she taught all ages technique, jazz, and hip-hop. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of dance team management and competitive and recreational choreography. Jennifer has numerous experiences in cleaning routines, providing age-appropriate choreography, and working directly with coaches to ensure a successful season!

Melissa Brennan
Melissa was born and raised in Branford, Connecticut. Her love for dance started at the age of 3 at a local studio and hasn’t wavered since. Throughout that time, she danced for her middle school and high school dance programs—Walsh Intermediate School Dance Team and Branford High School Dance Team—with whom she competed locally, regionally, and nationally at the UDA National Dance Team Championship in Orlando, Florida. In her time with Walsh she competed in the styles of jazz, hip hop, and junior high kick. In her four years at Branford as a dancer and captain, they had many finals finishes in the small varsity jazz and hip hop categories and won 8 state championship titles across both styles. After high school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Rehab Studies at Assumption College, now University, where she became a member and captain of their dance team where she competed at the NDA Collegiate National Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida. With Assumption, the team received many top 3 placements in both the Division II pom and Division II team performance Categories. Throughout her time in college and post-graduate she has done sideline and audition choreography, co-choreographed halftime routines, taught various styles of combos and technique to local teams and studios, and provided virtual feedback for teams throughout their seasons. Currently, she is continuing her dance training while also studying for her master’s in occupational therapy at Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts!
